In collaboration with One Net, we worked with C100, a globally expanding network of Canadian tech innovators. C100 faced the challenge of translating its strong community roots into a digital experience that could attract new members during a period of rapid growth. Our strategic approach involved clarifying their core messaging, defining their member value proposition, and redesigning their website for optimal engagement. This comprehensive effort yielded significant improvements: an 86% conversion rate, a 35% increase in site engagement time, and a 389% reduction in page load time. We successfully aligned their digital presence with their community's values, driving growth and engagement.
